What's your AutoCAD version? This version SketchUp Import is compatible with AutoCAD 2016, 2017, 2018. It supports SKP file format with versions 2014, 2015, and 2016. 2017 not supported yet. If you are trying to import 2017 version SKP, please convert it to 2016 and try again.
